Hosted by The War Memorial's Veterans Committee, this free special veterans gathering is set for Thursday, July 24 from 7 to 8 p.m. Typically held in the morning, we’re switching this summer edition of Vet-To-Vet up by having it in the evening, and on the lakefront lawn! This is a chance to meet with fellow veterans, share stories of service, and connect with the committee.
Pizza will be served, thanks to Fresh Farms Market in Grosse Pointe! Additionally, yard games will be set up for you to enjoy at your own pace — whether you're in the mood for some laid-back fun or ready to spark a little friendly competition.
The War Memorial’s Vet-to-Vet gathering is a chance to join in camaraderie and endless stories of courage and honor. Your service deserves recognition, and this event is our way of saying thank you for your dedication and sacrifice.
